You can order by phone on +32/491/02.23.02. Monday - Friday from 9.00 - 12 noon (GMT +1). You can also order online via this website.
Ordering online is easy; simply select the artwork and click the ‘order’ button. This piece is then added to your shopping cart and will automatically be added to ‘my order’.
Once your choice is final, you can place your order by clicking ‘confirm my order’. Fill in the correct contact information and we will contact you in the following 2 business days to agree on payment and delivery. This agreement will be confirmed by email.
As soon as your payment is received Artefacto vzw will arrange the delivery as agreed.
We advise you to check the work of art upon receipt. In case of problems you can refuse the delivery. If you accept the delivery, the work of art is assumed to be in perfect condition at delivery. This means you may not use damage as a reason to send the delivery back.
A piece of art looks nicer and more impressive in real life than on your pc screen. However, it is possible that your purchase does not fulfill all your expectations.
In case you decide not to keep your purchase – for whatever reason – you need to inform us within 2 business days by mail or by phone and you need to ensure that your purchase can be retrieved by us within the 7 calendar days after receipt.
A refund (minus shipping costs) will be obtained within 2 weeks after returning the piece of art.
Artefacto vzw will insure all works of art against damage or theft during the delivery.
You may avoid delivery costs by collecting it yourself. This is only possible upon appointment.
