From July 1 you could 'shop for Art' in the Ghent district Onderbergen: more than 20 shops in the area showed contemporary artworks from the ArteFacto portfolio. With the support of the City of Ghent and UNIZO, ArteFacto organized this unique event to put retailers from Ghent as well as its contemporary artists in the spotlight.
The art trail took place throughout the month of July and was open to the public. The exhibition was opened by a preview in Het Pand.
Anyone interested had the opportunity to buy a reasonably priced and unique piece of art.
A client asked us to invite one of our artists UCON to make a graffiti in their living room . The result was exactly what they expected!

Kulturama is a cultural initiative of the City of Leuven.
KULTURAMA 2011 has offered ArteFacto a wonderful platform to exhibit new works by some of its artists. In close collaboration with “Het Anatomische Theater”, we’ve organized an interesting and diverse exhibition for a broad audience.

Antwerp’s Volkstraat wanted to do something original to attract and entertain passersby during the busy shopping month of December. Artefacto was tasked with bringing beautiful, interesting and affordable artworks to the street’s shopfronts. 20 businesses were only too happy to showcase artists’ work, which were individually selected to compliment the shop interiors. The initiative was a big hit with shoppers as well as the media; ATV, Radio 2 and de Gazet van ANtwerpen, Het Nieuwsblad all reported the event. Press articles and interviews as well as the invitation are in attachment.

Artefacto and Gandavus Portus joined forces to organise a floating art exhibition aboard a barge in Gent’s De Visserij canal. The event was jointly sponsored by Metro magazine and a recruitment firm ‘Rara Avis’. Artefacto selected around 100 works for exhibition and sale from among their stable of artists. This first public Artefacto event was a great success with throngs of visitors as well as a 15 artworks being sold. In attachment you can see the invitation as well as some photos of the event.
